Teaching at APDT

Jean has once again been honored to be invited as a return keynote speaker for the APDT (Assoc of Pet Dog Trainers) trainer's conference being held in Atlanta, GA in October 2010.

Jean has been a past keynote speaker for APDT conference in both Ellenville, NY and Portland, OR. She was also a featured speaker at the 2007 National Dog Conference on Dog Park Safety and Dog to Dog communication.

From 1995-2001, Jean was president and training consultant for an over 400 member off leash dog park in downtown Manhattan.

Agility Instructor and Competitor

Jean has been a top agility instructor and competitor since 1996 and competes at the masters level with her dogs Blip and MACH Klymer. She attained MACH 2 on her previous agility dog, River and finished 16th in the USA at the 2007 AKC Agility Championship Finals.

Jean is presently a competiton level coach for The Morris K9 Campus, and has been a competition coach in the past for St Huberts, Skyline Agility, Flying W, and Andrea Arden.
